Nicoletta, aka „Nico“, is our bundle of energy and positivity, and anybody who knows her knows that her brilliant laugh can light up a room in a second! But don’t be fooled: behind her joyful cheerfulness, Nico impresses with her professionalism and knowledge. She worked as an eval-ninja with a perfect mix of rigour and out-of-the box thinking and took on the hard task of revolutionating our precious impact evaluation system to make it „sexier“! After a break to work in a United Nations agency as an Evaluation Research Analyst in the beautiful city of Rome – which coincidentally allowed her to add yet another language to her amazing languages toolkit that would make any linguist jealous! –, she is back as part of the fun(d)raising team, and we couldn’t be happier!
If you don’t know anything about Finance and believe that numbers are boring, David is your guy! (this, and if you want to know anything about Hip Hop)! David adds fun and a hint of craziness to all his financial presentations to transform numbers into flying fairies in order to make it accessible for everyone. Davis brings this spice and lightness also into all his other roles from Fun(d)raising, Partnerships to Project Management, that he has taken on, on top of his finances Management ones. Breaking down gender stereotypes is a topic dear to his heart which is why he is part of our “Power has no Gender” team. Being a passionate globetrotter, David has started working for euforia 4 years ago but by now has found his paradise in Spain together with his family. His little daughter, taking on her Dad’s spirit, sometimes also joins and enlightens our team meetings.
Magdalena is our Mompreneur and energy bundle. After creating sustainable investment strategies for various banks across Europe, Magdalena managed to successfully co-found two start-ups (KiddieLand & Ars Vinum) simultaneously. She always has new ideas and dreams on how we can change the world and brings her inspiration and positivity to everyone who has the chance to work with her. Her two kids Emil and Greta are a vivid part of our euforia family, and since Magdalena is our Network Architect most of our partner organisations have already met the two little ones. With her love for co-creation, Magdalena is the one connecting people, projects and organizations. Planting those new seeds is what drives her, while she makes sure to get the funding and to share new prototypes and out-of the-box solutions with our community.

Ever wondered what a real life super woman looks like? Then it’s about time you meet Nora. She can teach you how to dance, give you advice on which nhami food best suits your body, design you the sharpest fundraising application, develop the evaluation framework you have been searching for and didn’t even know, and by the time she’s done she will still have plenty of energy to help you out in anything you need. Just a few years back she gave up a steady 9 to 5 job in a big office to dedicate herself to her true passions and apply her never ending skills to best serve other humans. Naturally, it was just a matter of time before euforia and her would come together, it was love at first sight from both sides.
If you believe that impact evaluators are boring, it’s because you haven’t met our eval-ninja Luis yet, who works remotely from his home country Portugal! Easygoing, cheerful and creative are some of the words that will cross your mind if you get the chance to work with him. Luis bumped into the euforic world through our program imp!act, first as a participant, then a volunteer, before becoming part of the staff team. When he is not designing effective evaluation frameworks or processing complex data, you might find him on a rooftop, teaching everything about organic agriculture to a group of elderly people, practicing yoga or hitting the road in the quest of the most innovative and sustainable local businesses. Luis is a person that lives his values to the fullest and inspires others by doing so!
