Originally from a sumptuous little Italian town by the sea, Alessia envisioned to have a positive impact on society by creating a new movement. This is how she embarked on an adventure that changed the course of her life aka euforia which she co-founded! We are so lucky to have her astonishing skills in facilitation and program design in the team. Passionate about wellbeing, Alessia as Chief Empowerment Officer is responsible for creating a work environment that promotes the cohesion and development of the talents of all team members. This competence is key in her work with organisations such as UNITAR, the state of Geneva, hospice general, etc. We admire her for her perpetual quest of new challenges that make her grow and that allows organisations and individuals to work together in a sustainable world.
Severin is one of our dinosaurs who started his euforia “career” in 2010, only three years after euforia was founded. His facilitation abilities are one of a kind, he listens to a group with his heart and knows exactly what energy is needed at every single moment. This superpower allows him to touch gently and with no force at all the souls of people and organizations so they can expand a little bit their attitude towards a better world and needed changes inside themselves. He is decorated with an HSG master title in International Affairs and with a mind full of jokes, joie-de-vivre, and patience. It is a gift to have Severin in our team.
With her creativity and a love for detail, Clara makes us look sexy on screen and also offline whenever she organizes workshops in Zurich or co-creates events with our partners.
Combined with her project management skills she has the ability to ensure that our events go smoothly and are an enriching experience for all involved parties. What motivates Clara is her aspiration to contribute to more equal opportunities and reflection on social injustice. She is the reference person for our Zurich community and thanks to her slight coffee addiction, she will always make time for a cappuccino with you and welcome you with a smile ;)
