Collaborating Effectively in the Age of AI - Develop the human skills needed to build successful relationships

Your Team Doesn't Have an AI Problem
A live 90-minutes workshop on the collaboration patterns AI is now amplifying and what to do about them.

Every leader is asking how AI will change their organization. Fewer are asking what AI is revealing.

The pattern is showing up everywhere. The machine writes better emails than the team writes. It summarizes meetings more clearly than the people who attended them. Presentations look sharper.
Follow-ups arrive faster. And somewhere underneath, something quiet is happening: the difficult conversations that used to happen in the room are now being outsourced to polished text.

This is not an AI problem. It is what MIT's Otto Scharmer recently called an intelligence monoculture, the assumption that the machine is the only intelligence worth investing in. Monocultures, sooner or later, collapse. What is being eroded is exactly the thing that made your organization worth building in the first place: the ability of people to trust each other, disagree well, and think together.

The teams that will thrive in the next decade will not be the ones with the best AI stack. They will be the ones who can still have the conversation the machine cannot have for them.

What we explore in this session:

  • Why AI amplifies existing collaboration patterns rather than changing them.

  • The three zones of Radical Collaboration: Red, Pink, Green that explain why some teams thrive and others quietly hollow out.

  • The neuroscience of defensiveness, and why intelligent, well-intentioned people still struggle under pressure.

  • How to recognise your own early signs of defensiveness before they take over the conversation.

  • A personal action plan you leave with, ready to use with your own team next week.

This is not another AI webinar. It is a workshop about the human capabilities that become more, not less, valuable as AI takes on more of the work.

Who this is for:

  • Team leads, HR professionals, and organisation development practitioners in cross-functional or multinational teams.

  • Leaders whose organizations are moving faster on the surface and quieter underneath.

  • Anyone who suspects the real bottleneck is not the tooling.

Format:

  • 90 minutes, live online, in English.

  • Interactive: breakouts, live demonstration, personal reflection, pair work.

  • You leave with a written action plan and, if you wish, an invitation to a follow-up conversation.

Facilitated by Severin von Hünerbein and Kasha Dougall.
Places are limited to keep the interaction meaningful.
